Who am I? My name is Phyllis McNaughton and I have been training dogs for 30 + years. I train all breeds, obedience training for "life" and for show. Problem dogs? No problem! .
I actively compete in AKC obedience and am training in Schutzhund.
I also have an occasional litter of Doberman Pinschers. Health tested and sold to approved homes only.
Custom Canine is not a typical kennel. We run our training from our home. Your dog becomes a member of our family for his stay here. We believe it is less traumatic for the dog to be trained in this atmosphere(we have had a boarding/training facility in Waxahachie.)We only take one-two puppies/dogs at a time for training so that we can devote as much time as is needed to keep your puppy/dog happy and learning.

New puppy? Need help housebreaking? We know how busy you are. Sometimes that can delay or make housebreaking your puppy impossible.
That's why we now offer housebreaking. We keep your puppy approximately two weeks and bring him home housebroken. We can also teach him "basic puppy obedience" during this same time. Reasonably priced at $11.00 per day for housebreaking only.
Ask about our puppy training special, Puppy Training & Adult training, one inclusive price. Also a great substitute if you don't have time for "puppy classes". We take your dog out, socialize him etc. all included in the housebreaking,puppy obedience package.

WHAT IS IN -KENNEL TRAINING? YOUR DOG RECEIVES MULTIPLE TRAINING SESSIONS PER DAY AND WILL ACCOMPLISH IN TWO WEEKS WHAT NORMALLY TAKES 6-12 WEEKS.
WHY CHOOSE US FOR YOUR TRAINING NEEDS?
1. We are small, and only take a maximum of two dogs at any one time for in-kennel training, so your dog is not just a $ sign. For housebreaking puppies, we only accept 1 puppy at a time.
2. Your dog is trained by one-certified trainer, not two or three. Your extended training is provided by that same trainer, so there is continuity of training methods.
3. If your dog is use to being "a house dog" he will be kept inside. If he is an "outside" dog, he will be housed outside: Not your typical kennel experience. We will be your dogs "home away from home".
4. Your extended training is FREE for the life of your dog. Extended training includes one private session, (more if you need it), one return "board n train" at any time.
